Mushroom scallops: the flavored and tasty meal

Ingredients:
Slices of veal
Flour to taste
300 gr mushrooms
Parsley
Butter to taste
1 clove of garlic
White wine to taste
Directions:
1. Cut the mushrooms and cook them in a pan with garlic, oil and parsley.
2. Set aside and in the same pan, brown the escalopes with a knob of butter.
3. Deglaze with white wine and then add the mushrooms.
4. Cook well and serve.
