Chocolate salami without butter: the no bake and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS:
150g of dry biscuits
100g of digestive biscuits
150g of dark chocolate
3 tablespoons of rum
15g of bitter cocoa
50g of ricotta
250g of mascarpone
40g of powdered sugar
INGREDIENTS FOR DECORATING:
powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Crumble the biscuits coarsely and set aside.
2. Mix ricotta, mascarpone and icing sugar.
3. Then add the cocoa, melted dark chocolate and biscuits.
4. Mix well and add the rum.
5 Wrap the mixture in parchment paper and leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
