Potato corn dog: the American recipe crunchy and cheesy!

A tasty idea for a dinner that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS

550g Potatoes
Mozzarella cheese
2 Sausages
Cornstarch
2 Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Potato seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
METHOD
- Boil the potatoes in the water.
- Cut the sausages in the half and cut the cheese into the same sizes as a sausage.
- Take the Chinese chopstick and first add the sausage and then the cheese on it.
- In a bowl season the cooked potato with parmesan, salt and pepper and mash the potatoes, and split the mixture into four pieces.
- Take the one piece and cover the sausage and cheese to create the shape.
- Cover the potato corn dog with the cornstarch, then with the eggs and then with the breadcrumbs.
- Fry them in hot oil.
