Spring savory cake: the colorful and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
200 gr of flour
150 gr of cow's milk ricotta
140 ml of milk
40 ml of extra virgin olive oil
50 grams of parmesan or parmesan
3 whole eggs
300 gr of courgettes cut into julienne strips
200 gr of cherry tomatoes
1 sachet of yeast for savory pies
salt, pepper and oregano to taste
Directions:
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes and season with salt.
2. Grate the courgettes or cut them into julienne strips.
3. Mix eggs, milk and oil. Then add ricotta, salt, pepper and parmesan.
4. Separately mix the flour with the yeast for pies.
5. Combine all the compounds and add 200 g of courgettes and 120 g of cherry tomatoes.
6. Put the dough in the mold and then add the other courgettes and cherry tomatoes.
7. Bake at 400°F/200 ° for 40/45 minutes.
