Mini foccacias: the secret to make them fluffy and fragrant!

Super fluffy and easy to make, these are the perfect alternative to usual bread!
INGREDIENTS

500g (3 1/2 cups) flour
50ml (1/4 cup) oil
4g (1 tsp) salt
10g (1 tbsp) sugar
15g (1 tbsp) dry yeast
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
125ml (1/2 cup) warm water
METHOD
50ml (1/4 cup) oil
4g (1 tsp) salt
10g (1 tbsp) sugar
15g (1 tbsp) dry yeast
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
125ml (1/2 cup) warm water
METHOD
- In a bowl pour the water and milk. Add oil, dry yeast, salt and sugar. Mix it and add flour. Knead the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Spread the dough and make circles. Cover them for 20 minutes.
- Make small indentations on top and bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
- Cover them with water on top and serve.
