Hash brown fritters: to taste your breakfast in American way!

INGREDIENTS

3 potatoes
60g (4 tbsp) flour
50g (4 tbsp) parmesan
1 egg
1 chopped onion
garlic
5g (1 tbsp) chopped parsley
2g (1/2 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) red chilli powder
2g (1/2 tsp) pepper
METHOD

METHOD
- Grate the potatoes and put them in a bowl. Add flour and parmesan. Mix and add egg, onion, garlic, parsley and spices.
- Mix it all well and shape the fritters in a pan.
- Fry them and serve.
