This is the most amazing appetizer idea for Easter!
INGREDIENTS

lemon
200g beet
vinegar
water
salt and pepper
METHOD
1.Blend the beet with vinegar and water.
2.Boil the eggs and pour them into the beet mixture.
3. Refrigerate 3 hours. Serve with salt and pepper!
