Ice cream cookies: easy and quick to prepare, perfect for the kids break!

Kids will love this recipe! Here's how to make delicious ice cream cookies at home!

INGREDIENTS

500ml (2.1 cups) whipped cream

300ml (1 cup) condensed milk

300g (3 cups) Petit-Beurre

150g (1.5 cup) melted dark chocolate

Chopped hazelnuts

METHOD

Whip the whipped cream and add the condensed milk, continue to whisk the ingredients until you get a fine, smooth cream.
Arrange a row of biscuits on the mold, covered with foil, and put a thick layer of cream over the biscuits, and then put another layer of biscuits over them.
Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
