Giant cruffins: the recipe to make a fluffy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
100 ml warm milk
100 gr sugar
6 gr dry yeast
1 egg
2 egg yolks
40 gr melted butter
380 gr flour
1/2 tsp salt
Lemon peel
100 gr butter
Dried fruits
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix milk, sugar and yeast.
2. Then add eggs, melted butter, flour, salt and mix well.
3. Make a dough and leave for about 90 minutes.
4. Then spread the dough and fill it with butter, lemon peel, and dried fruits.
5. Roll the dough and put it into the molds. Leave for 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 10 minutes, then 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
