A delicious and light recipe for dinner!
INGREDIENTS

500ml of egg whites
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated zucchini
Baked ham
Cream cheese
METHOD
- Beat the egg whites.
- Grate zucchini and remove the liquid. Add salt and pepper and mix. Pour the grated zucchini into the beaten egg whites and beat again.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet. Bake at 200°C (392 ° F) for 10 minutes. Fill with ham and cream cheese and roll-up. Cut into slices to serve.
