Moroccan bread: perfect for your spicy dishes!

So easy to make, the result is super delicious!
INGREDIENTS

500g (3 cups) Flour
250g (1 1/2 cup) Semolina
8g (2 tsp) Baking powder
250g (1 1/2 cup) Semolina

10g (1 tbsp) Sugar
4g (1 tsp) Salt
350ml (1 ½ cup) Water
100g (1/2 cup) Butter
METHOD

METHOD
- In a bowl add flour, semolina, baking powder. Mix and add water. Knead the dough ad leave it for 45 minutes.
- Divide the dough into balls. Leave them for another 10 minutes.
- Spread each ball, cover them with melted butter, cut them and then fold.
- Spread the folded ball and put it onto the pan. Flip a few times until it is cooked. Serve.
