Meatball fritters: the original idea for a delicious dinner!

This is one of the most delicious ideas to cook meatballs!
INGREDIENTS
200ml (¾ cup) buttermilk;
½ tsp salt;
1 tsp baking powder;
250g (1 ⅔ cup) all-purpose flour;
200g (1 cup) minced meat;
1 small white onion, chopped;
salt and pepper;
60ml (¼ cup) water.
METHOD
- Make the dough by combining flour, salt and baking powder. Add buttermilk and knead well.
- Set the dough aside for 20 minutes.
- Combine minced meat, onions and water. Season meat mixture with salt and pepper.
- Cut the dough in half and roll each half into a disk.
- Place portions of meat on top of one disk of the dough and cover with another. Press slightly around each portion of meat and cut the meatballs out with a small glass.
- Heat up vegetable oil and fry each meatball until golden for 5-7 minutes.
