Twisted fluffy buns: delicious and perfect to fill

Ingredients:
250 gr flour
5 gr dry yeast
12, 5 grams of sugar
1 egg + 3 tablespoons of melted butter + hot milk
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast and sugar.
2. Mix egg, melted butter and hot milk.
3. Add to the mixture and form a homogeneous dough.
4. Let it rise for an hour.
5. Then divide it into 12 pieces and form the twisted buns.
6. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
7. Brush an egg yolk and bake at 356°F/180° for 20 minutes.
