5 ingredients bread in a pan: the easy recipe ready in no-time!

Forget your usual bread, this is so much better!

250g greek yogurt
5g baking soda
1 egg
400g flour
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
250g shredded cheese
100g string cheese, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
Butter (for serving)

METHOD
METHOD
- In a bowl combine Greek yogurt with baking soda, cover with a kitchen cloth and leave for 15 minutes.
- To the same bowl add an egg, a teaspoon of salt, olive oil and mix to combine. Add flour and knead the dough.
- Transfer the dough to the working surface sprinkled with some flour, form a ball and let sit for 15 minutes covered with a kitchen cloth.
- Cut the dough into 5 equal pieces and form each piece into a ball. Cover balls with a kitchen cloth and leave for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a separate bowl combine shredded cheese, chopped string cheese, and remaining egg. Mix well and set aside.
- Take 1 ball and flatten it into a thin round. Put a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center. Wrap the filling with the edges of the dough and pinch the seams together. Place the ball seam side down and roll it with a pin into a circle shape. Set aside and continue with the rest of the balls.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add flattened bread and cook for about 3 minutes. Then flip and cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, brush with some butter and serve warm!
