Fluffy donuts: sweet and fragrant, ready in few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
450ml (1.8 cup) kefir
2 eggs
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
5g (1 tsp) baking soda
60g (0.2 cup) butter
750g (6 cups) flour
Frying oil
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add kefir, mix, and then add butter, flour and baking soda. Knead the dough and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 15 parts and roll into balls. Roll out each ball and make a cut in the middle.
  3. Fry in hot oil, then roll in powdered sugar.
