Crispy meatballs: the recipe to make a tasty and original meal

Ingredients:
Sandwich bread to taste
100 ml milk
600 gr minced meat
400 gr ground chicken
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of mixed spices
1 tsp pepper
Oil
Directions:
1. Cut a few slices of bread into small cubes. Bake at 480°F/220 ° for 10 minutes.
2. Mix the meat with more bread (softened in milk), spices, salt and pepper.
3. Form the meatballs and pass them into the bread cubes.
4. Fry for 2 minutes and then bake at 480°F/220° for 20 minutes.
