Pork loin with nuts sauce: the easy recipe to prepare a delicious dish

Ingredients:
1 kg of pork loin
80 gr walnuts
1 carrot
Celery
1/2 onion
100 ml white wine
500 ml milk
100 ml cream
Sage
Directions:
1. Prepare the sauté with carrot, celery and onion.
2. Brown the pork loin and pour the white wine, let it evaporate.
3. Then pour in the 500 ml of milk, add the sage and bring to a boil.
4. From which moment it will take 50 minutes of cooking.
5. Transfer the pork loin to a plate.
6. Add walnuts and cream in the pot, blend.
7. Slice the pork loin and serve with the cream.
