Pudding cake: high and very soft, you will fall in love with this dessert

Currently this is one of my family’s favorite!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
150 g (1 ⅛ cup) flour;
450 ml (1 ⅘ cup) milk;
juice and zest of 1 lemon;
130 g (⅗ cup) sugar;
4 eggs.
METHOD
- Whisk all of the listed ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour into a greased and floured 20 cm baking pan.
- Bake at 170C/340F for 1 hour. Leave to cool down before slicing and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
