Veggie au gratin: the simple and so delicious side dish

Ingredients:
1 potato
3 zucchini
1 eggplant
2 bell peppers
Parsley
Breadcrumbs
Chives
Parmesan
Oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Clean anchovy’s cut the veggies.
Chop the parsley and chives.
Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley mix, salt and pepper.
Place the veggies on a baking dish.
Cover the veggies with the mixture.
Bake at 356°F/180° for 25/30 minutes.
