Creamy cupcakes: the recipe to make them perfect and fluffy

Ingredients:
250 gr of yogurt to taste or 2 jars of 125 gr
180 grams of sugar or 2 jars
90ml sunflower oil (the original recipe says corn) or 1 jar
280 grams of flour 00 or 4 jars
120 grams of eggs (i.e. one egg for each jar of yogurt used)
half a glass of Rum
1 sachet of baking powder
Frosting:
150 gr of vegetable cream
80 gr of spreadable cheese
10 grams of powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs with the sugar.
2. Add yogurt and oil, then add flour, yeast and rum.
3. Pour the mixture into molds and bake at 356°F/180° for 20/25 minutes.
4. Frosting: whip the cream and add the cheese and sugar. Mix well.
5. Decorate the cupcakes and serve them.
