Cloud fluffy brioche the classic recipe for the perfect dessert!

Every bite is mouth-watering! How to make the fluffiest brioche ever.

INGREDIENTS
 310g (2 ½ cups) 00 flour;
 30g (3 tbsp) sugar;
 3g (1 tsp) salt;
 4g (1 tbsp) dry yeast;
 1 egg;
 170ml (⅔ cup) warm milk;
 20g (1 12 tbsp) butter;
 50g (3 tbsp) cream cheese.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk flour with salt and yeast. make a well in the center add sugar, milk and egg, whisk.
  2.  Add cream cheese and knead the dough. Work softened butter in.
  3.  Cover the dough and set aside for 1 hour.
  4.  Cut into 8 portions, roll each into a ball, then set aside for 20 minutes.
  5.  Press out excess air and roll again. Place into a round baking pan, set aside for 1 hour.
  6.  Dust with flour and bake at 150C/300F for 20 minutes.
