Banana peels cake: the original recipe for a unique dessert!

Pour the eggs over the banana peels: here's a delicious way to reuse them!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 bananas, peeled, chopped;
3 eggs;
1 cup (200 g) sugar;
1 cup (240 ml) vegetable oil;
a pinch of salt;
2 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour;
1 tbsp (15 g) baking powder.
METHOD
- Puree banana peels with eggs, sugar and oil.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms.
- Mix in chopped bananas and pour into a bundt cake pan.
- Bake at 180C/350F for 40 minutes.
