 Potatoes
 Grated cheese
 Bacon
 Skewers
 Spice mix
 Chopsticks
 Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Cut two wide slices from a potato.
  2. Use two toothpicks to make several vertical cuts across the entire slice. Flip the potato over and this time cut at an angle to make an accordion shape.
  3. Put the slice of potato on a skewer and stretch out the cuts.
  4. Mix the spices, add oil, mix well, and brush over each slice of potato. Place it on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 204 ° C (400 ° F).
  5. Put slices of cooked bacon and cheese on one slice of potato, then another slice on top. Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
