No oven buns: the amazing idea for a tasty snack!

No oven and without leavening, ready in a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
 300g flour
 1 tbsp baking powder
 3 tbsp sunflower oil
 70g sugar
 120ml water
 Hazelnut cream
 Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, water, and oil.
  2. Massage with your hands for a couple of minutes and flatten with a roller. Use a cookie cutter to get medium-sized discs.
  3. Smear water on the edge of each disc. Add some hazelnut cream to the center of each disc and place another disc on top.
  4. Close the edges well and cook over low heat. Flip to cook on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
