Strawberry vanilla tarts: how to prepare a special dessert

Ninik is a very good cook who lives in Germany. Let's see how she prepares these wonderful cakes.
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
200 gr flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 yolk
1 pinch of salt
6 tablespoons of butter
2-3 tablespoons of cold water

200 gr fresh strawberries
Cream:
200 ml milk
1 tsp vanillin
2 egg yolks
60 gr icing sugar
2 tablespoons of starch
3 tablespoons of margarine
200 ml milk
1 tsp vanillin
2 egg yolks

Directions:
1. Shortcrust pastry: mix flour, cocoa and salt. Then add powdered sugar, egg yolk and butter. Add the water and form a loaf. Wrap it in plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Cream: in a saucepan, cook milk, vanillin and sugar.
Bring to a boil and combine the egg yolks and butter. Let the cream cool.
3. Form the cakes and bake at 356°F/180° for 12 minutes.
4. Fill the tarts.
