Homemade éclairs: the delicious and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
Cream:
375 gr milk
80 gr sugar
40 gr flour
7 gr cocoa powder
3 egg yolks
Dough:
190 gr water
85 gr butter
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
105 gr flour
3 eggs
Icing:
200 gr chocolate
110 gr milk
Directions:
1. Cream: pour the milk into a pan and add sugar, flour, cocoa and egg yolks. Let it thicken and then strain the cream. Let it cool.
2. Dough: in a saucepan melt the butter with water, salt and sugar. Then add the flour and stir until the dough comes off the edges. Then add the eggs and form your éclairs.
Bake at 356°F/180° for 45 minutes.
3. Stuff the éclairs and cover them with the icing.
