Mini focaccia bread: how to prepare this simple and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
400 gr flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
260 ml warm milk
Olive oil
Feta
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, dry yeast and salt.
2. Then add the milk, add some oil and let the dough rest for 90 minutes.
3. Then roll it out and divide it into 8 parts.
4. Form the mini focaccia and stuff them.
5. Let them rest for another 30 minutes.
6. Cook in a pan for 3 minutes on the side.
