Ricotta fritters: very soft and sweet!

INGREDIENTS
250g (1 cup) Ricotta cheese
1 Egg
A pinch of salt
130g (1 cup) Flour
5g (1 tsp) Baking powder
METHOD
1 Egg
A pinch of salt
130g (1 cup) Flour
5g (1 tsp) Baking powder
METHOD
- Put the ricotta cheese, egg, salt and mix. Stir the flour and baking powder into it and mix well.
- Knead the dough and leave it for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough and make stripes of it. Cut the many pieces.
- Fry them and serve them with powdered sugar.
