Ingredients:
250 of ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
180g of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of corn oil
90gr of soft wheat flour 00

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix egg, salt and sugar.
2. Then add the ricotta and mix.
3. Finally add oil and flour.
4. Pour the mixture into a 28 cm mold and bake at 320°F/160 ° for 45 minutes.
