Potato crepes: how to prepare a delicious and quick meal

Ingredients:
250 gr potatoes
2 eggs
300 ml milk
1/2 tsp of salt
150 gr flour
Dill
2 tbsp of oil
200 gr ricotta cheese
60 gr cheese
Butter
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes and place them in a bowl.
2. Add salt, eggs and milk.
3. Blend all together and add flour, dill and oil.
4. Make a liquid batter and make the crepes.
5. Mix ricotta, cheese and fill the crepes.
