Fluffy dinner rolls: how to make them soft and delicious!

So fluffy and irresistible, here's how to make them step by step:
INGREDIENTS

750g (3 cups) flour
2 tbsp (30g) sugar
1 tsp (4g) Salt
1 Egg
1 tbsp (15g) dry yeast
1 cup (250ml) Water
1/3 cup (75g) butter

METHOD
- First mix all the dried ingredients together, once mixed add the egg, the butter and the water.
- Knead until the dough is soft and cut into 12 equal pieces. Shape onto round bun-like rolls and set them up on a flat pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200C/400F until golden. Brush with melted butter and enjoy.
