Fluffy brioches: the quick recipe to make them very delicious!

They are perfect for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
650g (5 cups) flour
10g (2 tsp) dry yeast
250ml (1 cup) milk
3 eggs
125g (½ cup) sugar
125g (½ cup) butter
2g (½ tsp) salt
75g (5 tbsp) sour cream
20g (2 tbsp) corn starch
30g (3 tbsp) honey
Water
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour, yeast and salt. Pour over the previously made mixture and knead the dough. Rest 60min.
  3. Make balls of dough and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  4. Make a cream of sour cream, starch and butter. Press the glass into the dough and make brioches. Put the cream in the brioches and bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix honey and water and coat the brioches. Serve.
