Chocolate cheesecake: the dessert with a unique taste!

You only need a few ingredients to make a great dessert in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
400g (4 cups) chocolate for cakes with 50% cocoa
200g (1 cup) sugar
1kg (4.4 cups) sweet cow's cheese 20% fat
6 eggs
80g (0.4 cup) semolina
200g (0.8 cup) sour cream
40g (0.3 cup) corn starch
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract

METHOD
- Mix cheese, sugar, then add eggs, corn starch, semolina, sour cream, salt and vanilla extract.
- Melt the chocolate and leave to cool to room temperature and add to the previously prepared mixture, then pour into a 24 cm mold.
- Bake at 150 degrees, 50-60 minutes.
- Leave the cake in the fridge for 6-8 hours before serving.
