Chocolate japanese cake: the irresistible fluffy dessert!

Fluffy like a cloud, everyone will love the taste of this cake!
INGREDIENTS

170g (0.7 cup) cheese
30g (2 tbsp) butter
120 ml of milk
40g plain flour
25g (3 tbsp) cocoa powder
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
A pinch of salt
1 tsp (5ml) lemon juice
90g (0.4 cup) sugar
METHOD
- Whisk the cheese, then add the egg yolks, one at a time, butter, milk, flour and cocoa. Whisk the egg whites firmly with a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of lemon juice and add sugar during whipping.
- Combine the creams with a spatula, light circular motions.
- Pour the mixture into a 20 cm mold and bake at 150 degrees for 90 minutes.
