Fluffy fritters: delicious and ready in no time!

INGREDIENTS
250g flour
80g sugar
2 eggs
200g ricotta cheese
8g baking powder
Lemon zest
Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Powdered sugar.

METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Transfer the batter into the pastry bag and pour small portions into the boiling oil. Fry the fritters.
  3. Decorate them with powdered sugar.
