Omelette tortilla: a quick and cheesy recipe!

A delicious idea for your breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
10g (2 tsp) butter
Piadina
2 eggs
Pepper
Paprika
Salt
100g (0.8 cup) Gouda cheese
100g (0.7 cup) cooked ham
 
METHOD
  1. Coat the pan with butter and put it in one drink. Beat two eggs on piadina, seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle with cheese and arrange the ham, then place over another piadina bread.
  2. Bake on both sides.
