Baked sweet balls: the Italian dessert to absolutely try

Ingredients:
370 gr flour
60 gr butter at room temperature
80 gr sugar
3 eggs
Lemon peel
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Mix the butter and sugar. Then add the eggs and the zest of a lemon. Then add flour, yeast and salt. Form a uniform mixture and divide it into many balls. Bake at 400°F/200° for 20 minutes. Then serve with icing sugar.
