Big pancake: stuffed, yummy and really easy to make!

The best treat ever!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
125g (1 cup + 1 tbsp) flour
1g (1/4 tsp) baking soda
2g (1/2 tsp) baking powder
pinch of salt
1 Egg Yolk
3 Egg Whites
25g (2 tbsp) melted butter
150g (1/2 cup + 4 tbsp) buttermilk
30g (2 1/2 tbsp) sugar
lemon zest
3ml (1/2 tsp) lemon juice
10ml (1 tbsp) vanilla
100g milk chocolate
100g white chocolate
METHOD
- Pour buttermilk, egg yolk, lemon zest, vanilla and melted butter into a bowl. Stir. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg whites and sugar. Pour on the first mixture and mix gently. Bake in a pan.
- When the pancake is lightly browned, place a bar of chocolate and pour over the mixture. Turn to the other side and bake the pancake.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
