The secret to making a fluffy cake without butter or flour!

5 eggs
300g (2 cup) corn starch
180g (4/5 cup) sugar

METHOD
- Separate the egg yolk and egg white. Pour the egg whites into a bowl and whisk well. Add egg yolk and whisk one at a time.
- When the eggs are beaten, add the sugar. When well whipped, add corn starch and stir lightly.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tin and bake for 40 minutes at 150C. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
