7 yolks
Salt
200g (1.6 cup) flour (all purpose)
METHOD
- Add salt to the flour, mix. Pour flour on the table, make a circle of flour with a hole in the middle. Pour in the yolks and knead the dough.
- Wrap the dough in foil and leave for 40 minutes.
- Roll out the cake, roll up the roll and cut the pasta.
