Stuffed bread rolls: the simple recipe to make them special

Try this amazing Italian recipe to prepare fluffy bread rolls.
Ingredients:
500 gr flour
200 gr durum wheat flour
500 gr of water
4 gr brewer's yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
15 gr salt
1 onion
Cherry tomatoes
Pitted black olives
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the two flours, then gradually add the water and mix. Then add yeast and sugar. Finally add the salt and form a homogeneous dough.
Let it rise for an hour.
Fry the onion with cherry tomatoes and olives, integrated into the dough and form the sandwiches.
Let it rest for 30 minutes and then bake at 400°F/200 ° for 20 minutes.
