Moon cookies: really delicious and original!

They are not your usual cookies! Super easy and quick to make!
INGREDIENTS

1 egg
125g (0.55 cup) soft butter
60ml (0.3 cup) oil
1 tsp vanilla sugar
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp cocoa
2g baking powder
450g (3.2 cups) flour (all purpose)
100g hazelnut grains
350g melted dark chocolate
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Roll out and use a glass to cut out half-moons. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Mix melted chocolate with crushed hazelnut grains. Dip each cookie into the chocolate mixture. Let it freeze.
