Fluffy brioches: how to make it fluffy and irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) flour (all-purpose)
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Salt
7g dry yeast
1 egg
3 tbsp oil
200ml (0.8 cup) warm milk
2 tbsp soft butter
Hazelnut cream
Hazelnuts
1 yolk
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients, knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 parts. Put hazelnut cream in each part and form a ball. Put all the balls into the mold. Let rise for 30 minutes. Brush with yolk and make cuts with scissors.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Add hazelnut cream and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts.
