Shrimp fritters: try this surprising version, ready in a few minutes!

Super fluffy and delicious, this recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 tsp dry yeast
1⁄4 tsp sugar
200ml (3/4 cup) water
150g (1 cup) flour
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder
1⁄2 tbsp shrimps (dried)
20g carrot, chopped
15g scallions
25g bean sprouts
1 shallot chopped
8 shrimps

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together water and yeast, add in the flour, species and dried shrimps. Add in all vegetables and mix it well.
  2. Fry a spoon of the mixture in the hot oil by adding the shrimps on top.
  3. Fry from both sides until golden brown.
