Cheese mini buns: the recipe to make them fluffy and tasty

Ingredients:
300 g of flour
180 g of whole milk (slightly warm)
100 g of cream cheese
15 g of evo oil
10 g of fresh brewer's yeast
8 g of salt
4 g of sugar
Directions:
1. Pour milk in a bowl and melt yeast and sugar in it.
2. Then add flour, cheese, oil and salt.
3. Make a block out of the dough and cover it in plastic wrap.
4. Let rest for 2 to 3 hours.
5. Then knead the dough and let it rest another 15 minutes.
6. Spread the dough, make some buns, brush their surface with olive oil. Then let them rest for an hour in the oven with only the light on.
7. Bake at 200 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes.
