How make sushi at home: one recipe for 3 different pieces

Ingredients:
Water
Rice
Apple cider vinegar
Cream cheese
Tuna
Salmon
Toasted sesame seeds
Cucumber
Nori seaweed
Directions:
1. After washing it carefully, pour it into a pan and cover with water.
2. Put a lid on and cook at low heat.
3. In a sauce pan pour vinegar and sugar and let it melt. Then add this to the rice.
4. Peel and cut the cucumber in stripes lengthwise.
5. Wrap the bamboo mat with some plastic wrap, then put some nori seaweed sheet on top.
6. Make a rice layer, then sprinkle with some sesame seeds and put it upside down.
7. Spread with cheese and fill with cucumber and tuna.
8. Close rolling the rice using the mat as a guide.
9. Likewise, make another sushi piece with nori seaweed, rice and salmon.
10. With your hands make some rice balls with with an elongated shape.
11. Cut the sushi rolls in slices.
12. Serve with some soy sauce.
