INGREDIENTS
50g (1/4 cup) of cream cheese
30g (1/4 cup) of tomato sauce
2 rolls of puff pastry
Oregano
70g of mushrooms
100g of baked ham
100g of mozzarella
1 beaten egg for brushing

METHOD
1. In a small bowl add the cream cheese and tomato sauce and mix together well.
2. Unroll the first roll of the puff pastry on the cutting board and spread the previously prepared mixture. Close it with another roll of puff pastry.
3. Cut the pastry with the pizza cutter into triangles and transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
4. Brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg, transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
5. Cut them into triangles and serve them with ketchup.
