Viennesi recipe: the tasty sweet buns to try right now

Ingredients:
- For the buns:
250 g of cake flour
250 g of Manitoba flour
100+160 ml of warm milk
50 g of sugar
10 g of salt
1 egg
13 g of dry brewer's yeast
35 g of butter
Half a vial of rum essence
1 egg + some milk
Powdered sugar
- For the custard:
250 ml of milk
1 packet of vanillin
3 eggs
70 g of sugar
30 g of corn starch
- For the syrup:
100 g of water
50 g of sugar
1/2 vial of rum essence
Directions:
1. For starters, mix milk and yeast and blend well.
2. In a bowl mix flours and milk and yeast mix.
3. Then add sugar, egg and warm milk too. Blend with a spoon.
4. Lastly add salt, rum essence and butter.
5. When the ingredients are well combined knead until you get a smooth dough.
6. Let rise for 2 hours.
7. Now make the custard, heating milk and vanillin.
8. Aside, whisk eggs and sugar. Then add corn starch.
9. After that, mix the vanilla flavored milk a little bit at the time.
10. Heat the mix you got and mix until thick. Let it cool completely.
11. Divide the dough into pieces of 80 g each.
12. Knead every piece and give it an elongated shape.
13. Place them in a tray spaced and let them rise again for an hour.
14. Whisk an egg with milk and use this mix to brush the surface of the buns.
15. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
16. Cut them in the middle and wet them with a sugar, water and rum essence mix.
17. Lastly, fill them with the custard made before and decorate with powdered sugar.
