Creamy apple cake: how to make this amazing and simple dessert

Ingredients:
500 grams of fresh ricotta
2 medium eggs
130 grams of brown or granulated sugar
100 grams of milk
100 grams of potato starch
half bag of baking powder
1 grated lemon
powdered sugar
2 apples
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ricotta with eggs, brown sugar and lemon zest.
2. Then add milk, starch and baking powder.
3. Level the dough and add the apple slices.
4. Add the brown sugar and bake at 180 for 40 minutes.
