Chocolate cookies filled with caramel and peanuts: a must try!

INGREDIENTS
8-10 cookies
Peanuts 
150g (3/4 cup) sugar 
100ml (2/5 cup) cream 
1 tbsp of butter  
100g of melted chocolate

METHOD 
1. In the pan add sugar, once it is caramelized add cream and butter.
2. Top cookies with prepared caramel and peanuts, when it hardens, dip in the melted chocolate.
